Tanu01.. Please give me an example of making prices more affordable without lowering them? Sounds like the same thing to me

Can't even sell free tanning; that's how bad it is.

Tell me about................. Last thurs I ran coupon for 3 free tans, in a monthly coupon mag, still good for another 3 days - thus far 8 turned in.

It used to be, every body preached the KISS theory -keep it simple.
Well in todays economy thats no longer the case. You must have somthing everybody feels they can afford.
What DH told you was to break down your monthlies into weeks.

I did this several years after a post by Ann.
I was even able to add 5 or $10 to each weekly where as actually raising my prices. People with small weekly incomes will buy them week after week rather than a monthly they cant afford, and concider it a bargain over single visits,

Good beds 12 years ago, I wouldn't use them now. If your comp is using newer stuff your days won't get much better.

My comp has crap, believe me it
makes no difference. If I were to install all new beds, I could not recover enough in ten years, to cover my equipment purchase.

I've heard it a million times - I'll put in newer beds and kill the comp, UH HUH, RIGHT.
I would take an older bed with good lamps any day.
