Trying to profit of the teams is small minded. It's marketing and should be treated as such.

The teams are bait for the big fish you're hoping to attract. You don't eat the bait but will take the smaller fish you catch along with big prize fish. My recommendation is to focus attracting the maximum amount of fish THROUGH the teams and STOP trying profit of off the teams.

These girls talk. That's what they can do for you. Haven't you heard the old saying, for good communication don't telephone, don't telegraph, tell a woman. lol

Update so far:
We have had 21 cheer/dance girls come in to tan. Out of those, only 2 have chosen to just do the free level 1's. They did, however, purchase lotions and 1 bought a t-shirt. The others have all upgraded, and some of them are coming tomorrow to custom spray before the football game. A few did bring friends as well.

Get video of them performing. Get pictures of them in uniform in your salon in front of your salon. Lots of images and video that you post on facebook web page and email advertising. Give ever member of these groups 1 tan a week for the school year and milk your association with it. If any of the cheerleaders need part time jobs hire them. All other students will follow them to your salon. In your market especially with students they are celebrities. Find as many creative ways as possible to use the relation ship. A group photo with a banner with your logo also becomes important for now and the future.
