HEARTLAND PURA SETTLES LAWSUIT

Kansas City, MO. – Cleveland, OH 2014 --- Heartland Tanning and Sunless Inc. jointly announced today that they have reached a settlement in their ongoing patent infringement dispute. This agreement ends almost 2 years of litigation regarding the spray technology of Sunless Inc.’s Versa Spa and Heartland Tanning’s Pura Sunless. Both companies are pleased have this issue settled.
