If you have 15-20 people waiting to tan in those months, they may become dissatisfied and not continue with their package. I have a 20 room salon, and we have multiple levels of beds, so if someone is primping in the level 4 room (reapplying make-up, lotion etc.) and I have 4 people waiting for that level 4 bed, I have a problem. Why buy the most expensive package in the store if you have to wait 30 minutes or more to tan every day? Not good customer service. We have a powder room area and a bathroom if needed. |

Very seldom does one use the whole 10 min. normally 5 to 7 Not forceing a customer to break their neck to get innto the bed on time IS customer service. The extra time is also more cool down time for your bed Extra time is also more time for you to treat a customer nice, instead of you gotta go your bed is running. A little extra wait is also more selling time |
