My God, am I the only one who thought he was serious? Now, I'll have a hard time taking anything Steve says as serious. lol
YES, you do have to lighten up somewhat.

Your right, I do take all of this very serious. Making jokes about what is going on in salons today is tough for me. Can't make any promises but I will try and find humor in salon struggles.

Steve, you gotta learn that you can't save the world. Noble idea, but impossible. (Too many bad operators out there.) :)
