I want to share my experience with all of you salon owners out there. I was nervous to buy a tanning bed that I had never tried, let alone seen but the information on this site helped me a great deal. It also pointed me towards 2ndSunTan.com. Looking for beds was difficult. Especially a Matrix HP unit. I got in touch with Joel from 2ndSunTan.com and he was fantastic. He even answered my questions on a Sunday (his day off) before I purchased the bed. Joel and his team followed through with all details, on time and went way above and beyond when they offered to replace a brand new acrylic that had clearly been damaged in shipping and should have been the shipping companies responsibility. Not only that but they had their installer call me to make sure that everything was good and easy to understand while we were hooking the bed up. Overall, my experience was a 10 out of 10 and I will be able to buy used equipment in the future from Joel and his team at 2ndSunTan.com with confidence. What a great experience!!! Did you actually buy the bed directly from 2nd sun, or were they merely a broker/middle man, with the bed from a 3d party?

It was always my understanding, and perhaps wrong, that they merely brokered deals btw seller and buyer. It sounds like you had a good experience. Glad it worked out for you.
