I just purchased Tan Track and have set up my products and packages to have loyalty rewards for customers unless they are on sale. Who else does this and at what percent do you give back to your clients? i picked 10% however I am curious as to how that compares.

IMO 10% is to high, I would say around 5% would be better. You also need to set limits/expiration dates on the rewards to ensure people don't bank hundreds or thousands of dollars over the years.

I seen one salon offer a rewards program and they automatically redeem them for you on your next purchase once you reach like $20 and if you don't redeem them within 3 months they then donate whatever you have on file to local charity.
