Tony sorry so late answering this. I know you must be talking about the big trip to Formulated Solutions in Largo Fl. First let me explain why I was even there. I am part of a new company called Bodicare Cosmetics LLC. This company is owned by salon owners like most of you are. It is a company that can give salon owners a protected territory and also they will be protected from Internet Sales.

WOW did I say protected territory? What does that mean? It means if you are a partner of the company your competitors will not be able to sell Bodicare within your demographic area. Internet Sales? How many of you care about internet sales? Some like you Tony may not even care but it really feels great when a customers (after you have educated them on lotion) says oh I can buy that on the internet a lot cheaper. When they find out they can`t and if you have gained their trust they will be back.

There is just so many advantages to our program. Eric Dan the owner of Formulated Solutions has been in the business for over 25 years. His company is one that is far superior than most. Why wouldn`t it be. After all the FDA inspects his lab every week. The air you breathe is inspected along witht the floors. I was just amazed.

I am so excited about our lotion soon to be out. It is called Hyperion. Wait isn`t there a software called Hyperion?

FYI In Greek mythology, The sun itself was represented by a special divinity, Helios (son of the Titan Hyperion), but Apollo (the Olympian) was nonetheless a solar god. Basically, Apollo usurped Helios's place and made an intellectual deity of him. Hello Tony :)

Soooo, how does that work if your competitor is also a partner? Would it be 1st come 1st serve in that if you sign up before they do it locks them out?

If your competitor is a partner first we have to reach out and ask them permission to sell to someone else. Sometimes they agree and sometimes not. That why it is so important for anyone who is wanting to sell to be the first on board. Hope this helps.

Are you guys allowing 1 person to own just a specific area demographic based on their zip code/location or is there the potential downfall of a 1 or 2 salon location owning the entire state that has been seen in the past with others?

No one owns a state. Right now it is a 5 mile radius but that can be adjusted according to the area. Could be more could be less. Demographics can be different in different areas. It is something the board could/would decide on.
