Helios EFT sales code help - tanTALK

What would cause the sales code for selling an EFT suddenly stop having the EFT bank info box pop up?
The sales code is still set up the same (it worked on 10/17, but not on 10/20). I have made no changes, the "open" under "EFT options" is still set up the same.
This suddenly stopped working on all EFT sales codes.

Update:
An EFT that was sold on 10/24 worked correctly.
I will try some more practice ones tonight, to see if it is an intermittent problem.

It started working properly again, but now it is not!
What could be causing this? I have made no changes.
