Helios EFT issues, Anyone else?

Helios recently changed merchant processors, forcing all customers using the eft module to make the switch... Of course under the premise of substantial savings to the salons. You probably know how this plays out from here, triple the charges for processing as billed by previous company.

Has anyone else had to deal with this yet???? Any resolution if so? Been fighting these clowns for a over a month now for answers and still nothing Thanks

^^^just give Nichsoft a call and ask for technical support. Tell them what you want to do and they will tell you what's involved. I'm sure they've converted Helios accounts before. Good luck.

SunLync allows you to chose any merchant processor that will integrate with the SlimCD gateway, which is pretty much all the large processors. We're averaging less than 2%, inclusive of all fees/charges (interchange, service, etc.)
