I am desperately after some advice of anybody who could help.
I have two tanning salons and am currently going through the quietest spell I've ever had. Does anybody have any solutions to bring more money into the businesses ? We already have beauty rooms, teeth whitening, vibration plates and spray tanning as well as our uv equipment. Is there even any offers or promotions anyone could tell me about?

Hard to say since you are in Scotland. Here in the states at this time you would be promoting spray tanning vs. UV, and/or run a Groupon to fill excess UV inventory.

your success during slower months will be driven by how your salon is structured and what you do during the busy months. Weekly advertising with email text and social media is a must. Promotions relevant to events such as back to school, Halloween, weekly happy hour, Monday & Thursday night football etc. is effective.

I practically give away things this time of year. I have 18 beds sitting there empty. Give out 1 free visit cards during this time of year; I give away tanning lotion when customers buy a package this time of year. This is the time of year when you should reward your customers for tanning with you all year. You will get extra sales if you do.
