Rep Power: 0 | Helios 11 question We recently added a Tmax Manager Pro and linked it with Helios 11 software so the software controls the beds. However, 2 x of out beds (#11 & #12) are not addressed by the Tmax, therefore we use a separate timer to control them. When we try to put someone in bed #11 or #12 since the Tmax timer does not recognize the beds being connected, Helios will not allow us to set someone in the bed. This creates a problem when tracking minutes, etc. Does anyone know a solution ? Thx |

Plug the t max wires back into the bed. Turn the t max off and back on and when it re-scans the beds it will pick up the newly adresed beds. |
