Rep Power: 0 | Tanning/Spa Recommended Books Hi all! I am working on a business plan for a new shop. I have personally enjoyed tanning for quite some time and notice a niche market that is being unfulfilled. I would love any and all book recommendations about the industry, customer service, etc. I'm a sponge!! So send 'em my way! |

Rep Power: 19 | Re: Tanning/Spa Recommended Books The handful of books I've seen about the industry are either junk or extremely outdated. You'll get better information that's customized for your needs from your equipment distributor. When I was first researching the industry, the most helpful information I found came from this website and Ergoline. My rep at Ergoline is still an invaluable resource, even after opening. |
