Rep Power: 17 | Pending Lotion Sales When you have a sale coming up, how do you handle clients that have recently purchased something? For example, having a sale on Friday, someone buys a lotion on Monday. Do you give them the deal? What is your cut-off? That week? Just curious if others have a standing policy. Same goes for tanning services. What if you have a Buy 2 months, get X, and someone buys 1 month recently? |

Rep Power: 35 | Re: Pending Lotion Sales If they paid full price for the lotion on Monday I would give them a free tan in a level that matched what price lotion they bought. I also keep a lot of moisturizers on hand I would give them one if I got a good deal on them which I usually do! Free tan or moisturizer not both though. :) If they bought it the week before I wouldn't do anything.
