I too run a very tight ship, have no debt and work as many hours as I can, it's the only way to stay ahead! It's hard rite now to figure out how much is the economy and how much is do to sunscare! I can tell a lot of our clients didn't vacation this winter so they didn't tan either, hopefully they will when it gets warmer & they put on shorts. I love
this business and can't imagine doing anything else, I've been doing this half of my life time, I truly will be lost the day I have to call it quits!
Are you actually making adjustments to your operation to thrive in these economic times or are you just trying to survive.

Passion alone will not make you successful. Passion drives execution and the desire to succeed. You must still have the best business model for these times and be willing to go through the difficult process of making changes.

Someone mentioned in another thread my Tanning For Profit program that made them so much money over 10 years ago. Today that same program is obsolete and would not work in todays industry. There must be constant change in order to stay ahead of the consumer and other factors. I have created two different programs since Tanning For Profit was so effective. I have a very clear understanding that there must be change to grow, driven by passion.
