Rep Power: 0  | Another Helios? Input? What are my options? Any input would be a greatly appreciated. Need to stop service agreement due to slowing business on our small salon. We are currently using version 11. and have no intention to upgrade. Tech support has not been utilized for many years. I was told to send the dongle back or they will not stop the $80 per month EFT. The tech will not disclose how much they will charge if the dongle was not returned. thank you kindly.......... |
