Rep Power: 0 | Re: Iso Italia I think it's important to note that the Thomco situation has less to do with the tanning industry and more to do with them being acquired by Markel last year. It's my understanding that Markel has always insisted on a claims made policy for all professional liability insurance. Tanning was just a small part of the Thomco book and my guess is that they knew a claims made policy would not be competitive with policies like what we offer, so they decided to leave the market.
