Obamas almost got a lock on this election, so no appeal of Obamacare. Even Scott Brown In Mass. is getting whipped. God help us all, and may the tanning god watch over us, as we fight for survival in the chambers of congress and the senate.

I called it back in 08'.Until the Republican party changes its ideology to suit a changing America,the Dems will continue to triumph.This is not the 50's,its 2012.I guess the "sky is falling" technique failed to work again.Rinse and repeat.

So how can we get around the tax??? Let customers tan for "free"???? Just buy product??? There has to be a way. This is so racial...... Do the tax on nail shops all races go there.

Really, because the last 2 have been a great recovery for the buckeye state compared to the other 50 states.It might be because the auto industry was saved, or that our governor "whored" off our turnpike for a stockpile of cash. Sold some prisons...Whatever the reason,we are rolling much faster than other states hit as hard.

I actually never thought Obamacare would be repelled, no matter who was elected. It was all talk and it is law.

Seriously, if we open as "lotion stores" and you give free tanning for a lotion purchase, technically your profit comes from lotion sales, so no tan tax right? Or sell $10, $15 and $20 cups of coffee! "Black and Tan"
