people may not mention the tax but it is hurting all of us, especially if the economy is gonna get worse, I think we all should be thinking of a clever way to beet it, why the **** should we have to pay it if gyms don't!

and were not idiots, were just trying to stay ahead of the game, I thought this forum is for discussing ideas and buisness good or bad, you wonder why not many people post, keep your rude remarks to yourself so other people can brain storm!

Gyms don't pay because they include free tanning in their membership; you can't tax free. Believe me, I've did as much brainstorming as the next person, and legally you can't beat paying what you owe for tan tax. If you sell uv tanning in any which way and no matter what you call it, you pay the 10% tax you collected from the customer. Try to get around it, and you'll have an audit notice in you mailbox soon. There are salons getting audited for tan tax.
