Solarix X2 Emergency Stop Button! - tanTALK

Help! A customer pressed the emergency stop button in our Matrix Solarix X2 and I'm not sure how to get it to turn back on. In the past, pressing the button again turned it back on but it's not working! The breaker didn't trip and I'm unsure of what else to do.

Try turning the button instead of pushing it.

Also is it a Matrix or a Solarix? They are 2 different beds.
