Rep Power: 0  |  How Long Do I Keep Consumer Statements for? I'm Switching from paper to software i know im still going to have to do consumer statements but what about the really old ones who haven't tanned with me in some cases years? How Long to i legally have to hang on to them for? |

I would think that if you haven't been sued in the last five years, that you could throw those older then that, away. Just my thoughts. |

I'd say stash it for as long as you are open and then for a few years after you are out of the business. these days the IRS will beat you up over $70 in the name of making people pay their share (a crock of ****) |
