Rep Power: 22 | Re: Christmas in July First thing you do is get everyone's attention. Get yourself a santa clause suit and stand out by your salon front with a sandwich board. Start by a great special, "free tan today", just to get them into your salon. Then, hit them with maybe, Tan until Christmas for a great price and give them 50% off on lotions. Getting them to tan in July is a real problem, so anything you do, is better then nothing. Remember, you're only new once, so make the best of it. Good luck. |

Hmmmm', maybe that's it moon em', but have a tan booty. lol Also, you don't give 50% off all the time, it's a special. These are what you are asking for, ideas, and only that. |

Typically the success of a salon is based on working and communicating with your client base during the slower months. Text, email, face book and other social media is the best way to reach out to your clients to stimulate use of your services. |
