So like, I WANT TO BUY IAMTAN .com SOOOO BAD. Who are the owners? Its CONSTANTLY down. I cant stand it any longer. I would have it up and running on diff. servers.

You realize how much established websites go for? Domain ownership is public info, it's easy to find. Why not just create your own?
