Rep Power: 0 | Re: Need bed doctor So let me guess. Every salon owner in lower south eastern states completes all electrical bed repairs themselves? Or is it nobody wants to help? I thought theses forums were supposed to be helpful. I have asked this question before and still no responce. I finally got one of our site gurus give me advice on how to wire up my problem and he fried my bed and now wont even repond to my messages. As much as i hear people want to help the truth is, most of our so called fellow salon owners rather see others fail, but wont admit it. Human nature at its best. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Need bed doctor I agree, to find someone to service beds and Tmax timers is likepulling teeth. Being a new salon we had a system here that was never up and running. We were given someones name who showed up, mind you he was rather strange, got us set up which took several days and one of which he brought his two dogs and spent all day, got it working left and we never saw a bill, strange right. Two weeks later the system went down so we called him back and he was to send us a new timer, we have never heard from himagain nor have we recieved a bill. Our second attempt we were given another business name to call and a man came out, said there was a broken wire, fixed it charged $375.00 and left. STILL not fixed. The final attempt we were given Marks name from Tan Master he came two days later had the problem fixed in less than two hours, and was a super nice guy! So moral of the story If you are in the area of Fredonia, Wi save yourself some time and call Tan Master Services! |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Need bed doctor Ugh goodluck !!!! I bought a used bed and of course worked fine when i bought it . got it in my shop and it would run normal for only 2-5 minutes then shut off and go into the after session cooling stage. I tried contacted any and everyone i was even to the point of flying someone down to fix it ! But after 2 weeks of no luck and no clue what to do I took maters in my own hands and fixed it ( super easy fix btw ) well i thought I was set to go but I discovered my electrician blew what i thought was a bulb turning the bed off and on to fast. I ordered a new bulb and thats not it : / couldnt get anyone from PC tan to call me back . But finally today I got a hold of a guy 45 minutes from me that has never worked on the type of bed I have but is willing to try ?? Scary yes but its the only hope I have left of getting this bed up and running !! Where in the South do you live ? Im from Southern Louisiana . I will give you a list of contacts I have that didn't help me but may be able to help you . Nobody wants to touch the type of bed I have .....which is greatttttttt lol man on man ....I hope you can get someone I know exactly how you feel . |

Rep Power: 17 | Re: Need bed doctor i'm grateful to the sun doctor...i mean...i repair all my tanning units...and when i can;t, brian has always been able to walk me thru a problem and get the unit up and running within a few phone calls. and by "a few phone calls" i mean sometimes its try this...call me if that does'nt work...and then we'll try something else...its a trial of elimination sometimes. i have always been able to get ahold of him. at worse...understanding the east coast verbage :) or maybe the cell phone signal not so strong... i love being able to work on beds on sundays when we are closed. QUIET!!! i get so much more done when i can think without all the interuptions. |
