I just had Rick from Salon Services at my business tearing down a Versa. He was hired by the buyer. My property was damaged, he refused to repair or apologize and when confronted, swore, screamed at me....had the police come to remove him when he refused to leave. Beware.

Holy cow!

I've never had a police situation with someone on the vendor level. Glad I'm not in Florida!

Wow the Versa is so simple to take apart! I can do it by myself and be out of there in 30 minutes.

She is in PA, the tech is from FL.

To be clear, he is a third party that offers assembly/disassembly/delivery of equipment purchased used. Just putting it out there to help. I hate to pass bad news, but given that level of disrespect and unprofessionalism, I thought it was best to let listeners know. I have an upperclass business so this sort of thing is completely unacceptable.

Can we get the otherside of the story, before we condemn Rick from salon services? Anybody else had any dealings with salon services? It can be so damaging to ones reputation, by a little misunderstanding. C'mon Rick step up to the plate.
