Help! Purchasing a used bed

I am looking to purchase a used high pressure bed (12 minutes). I found one for $3500. It's a 2007 Sunstar 432 with 700 hours. Here are my questions.

Is it a high pressure bed?
Is this a good bed? Do people like it?
Is the price good for the year and it being used?
Is 700 hours a little or a lot? Up to how many hours can a bed go before it breaks down?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Offer 2k tops. could most likly find on for less.
If you buy it, be sure to get the stand alone bypass plug.

No it's not a HP bed, not likely that you'll find a "good" HP bed for that price either. That's one reason you can get $25-$35 per single session...

I don't know about anyone else, but my 2008 Sunstar 332 is a 20 min standard bed with 32 lamps and 3 HP facial lamps. Definitely not a HP and not worth the price they are asking for used.
