RLT is a premium service & demands high $$ per session. Yes, it works. Yes, the lamps last longer. Yes, many salons are making good money on it. I have been selling the Red Lamps for over 2 years, suddenly ever bed maker can't sell tanning beds anymore so they are jumping on the red light therapy wagon. It's great there are many RLT options available to salons, however they need to wake up & see the profit potential of these units. There is no need to bring in RLT if you are just going to devalue it & make it worthless for any other salon to offer in your area. | |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Re: Red Light Therapy Your idea of value is going to be different than many others. It sure is from mine. The session prices you posts about the units resembles advertisements from bed manufactures... For every salon you could actually get those prices out of there are many, many more than couldn't come close to selling a single session and it has nothing to do with the salon and how they sell. It is location! |

Rep Power: 12 ![]() ![]() | Re: Red Light Therapy I'm not preaching so much on price as commitment. You need your clients commitment that they will use the RLT as suggested. $299 for 3 months is only $6 per session, by no means is that expensive. Selling single sessions is just not the way to go with this. They took 40 years to screw up their skin, give us 3 months to make a difference is not crazy! Location has nothing to do with RLT. Women want to look good all over the US & they are willing to pay for it. You can't tell me that the Macy's or Dillards by you doesn't sell any face serums at $100 for .50 oz tube. They sell plenty of these lotions & creams all over the US for high dollars. |
