Rep Power: 21 | Yeah, we have this in our salon and it is really neat. It works on infared technology and literally heats you up from the inside out. It has many helpful uses other than weight loss including insomnia, backaches, improvement of skin and circulation, and eliminating harmful toxins plus many other benefits. If you have further questions, feel free to email me at amanda@coloradosun.net Amanda |

Rep Power: 0 | THANK YOU for responding! We're signing a lease tomorrow on a new 2400 sq ft building and we need to buckle down and figure out our game plan. We'll be in a strip mall and are hoping to do a "spa" setting sort of. I figured tanning, manicures/pedicures, massages (aquamassager?), and the formo star. Anything else I should consider putting in? I may email you for more info. I sure appreciate it! |

Rep Power: 21 | I hope you are more successful than us with nails. We tried having nails/pedicures available for our clients but found the smell way too much for our customers and ME! You can probably find a ton of used Aquamassage's on the web, but if you want to purchase a new one, they showed their new model at the Nashville show this past weekend. Contact them to find out if you can get the show deal. I would agree with Alias too....add some type of sunless unit to your spa. |

Rep Power: 0 | Thanks guys! Actually, the whole idea of doing this started because my business partner's dad has a salon and has the Mystic and is doing so well that they want to put one in here. We're a college town and there isn't a Mystic here yet so we're thinking it'll go over well. The area we're going to be in is a new "strip mall" and will have a hair salon, coffee spot, workout place, among others. Hopefully we'll get going on this soon. I think it's due to be done just after the first of the year. I have a LOT of things to learn before then! |

Rep Power: 22 | Abbronzatura, We looked at the Formostar this year ( for the 3rd consecutive time) We have been having the same delimma you have. What to put in our business? Since I have been researching this pretty strongly for 2 years I think I can make some suggestions. 1-forget the aquamassage, I have not heard from a single person that has made any money with it. Everyone seems to love it, use it while it is given away, but will not pay for it. 2- The formstar, I finally got my wife in it. She was lying with 3 other women at the pro-tan booth. Every single one of them started complaining after about 20 minutes, and they all came out after 40 or forty five minutes. I don't think I want to spend $9000 on a unit that the majority of people that use it absolutely hate it. Plus they told me after extenstive questioning that it takes about 5 sessions to notice any difference. I was originally under the impression that you would see results after 1 session. I hope this helps you decide. I was trying hard to find somthing good about both these units because I thought they were perfect for my business plan, but unfortunately they just don't seem to work. |

Rep Power: 26 | We had considered Formostar after hearing their pitch that it helps with back pain. My wife has had 2 major back procedures (hardware in at L5S1 and then out). I would buy anything that I thought might help her. I sent her to a salon that had the Formostar and she had a series of sessions over a 2 week period. This particular salon used the Formostar over a mud wrap. My wife saw very minimal relief from back pain and no weight loss. We decided against getting the Formostar. Believe me, if it worked I'd have one at home and one at the salon. |
