SALON XPERT HELP!! - tanTALK

Hello
We were using Salon XPert for 5 years and since they shut down we decided to convert to Helios. Well long story short, during the conversion we lost our data!! I would like to try and re install Salon Xpert on my home computer to try and recover some of our data. Does anyone out there know how to install the program? I have tried but dont know how, and I am desparate!!! We need our data and no one from Salon Xpert will email me back :( If anyone out there is familiar with Salon Xpert and installing it can you please please please email me or call me?

Didn't Salon Xpert host the data on their computers? Did they send a data file to you when they closed up shop?

No they did not. The data was backing up onto our computer but for some reason the folder it was backing up into did not contain all the neccessary files. Although Im sure a salon xpert tech would be able to find them, its just the Helios tech people aren't that familiar with salonxpert so they couldnt find them. I would kill to get in touch with one of salon xperts tech support people. Anyone out there know anybody who was in tech for salonxpert????

missmojorising was only posting the letter from Salon Xpert. She does not work for them.
