Rep Power: 0  |  More MD Legislation coming... Another bill is brewing in Marlyand. Sponsored by 2 Senators and currently in the Finance Committee, it was first read 2/10/2010. Senate Bill 718 More of the same with a twist. It still mandates parental consent if under 18 but also forbids distributing a pass, coupon or package redeemable for use of a tanning device. That affects coupons we have in the community and our marketing: mailing, emails. This bill is crossfiled with House Bill 1039; sponsored by 18 Delegates, sitting in Health & Goverment Operations Committee and was first read 2/15/10.
