I am in GA, and state laws require all minors (under 18) to have parental consent. So, I have a new client, she is 17, married, and emancipated. Can I tan her?

Emancipated means she is allowed by law to make here own decisions without a consenting adult.She probably got emancipated to get married.

See thats what i thought, but (Just Say) I get checked by the state, do I need to ask for proof that she is emancipated? Or does the "well she told me she was" work?

Def check or just call the state yourself...because emancipated or not 17 is 17. They are not going to sell her a pack of cigarettes because she is emancipated.
