Pic for Brian O Brian...thanks again for your help today..You rock! I did not know how to send a pic through PM so here was the issue. For everyone else...Bed would shut down after start button pushed. Then we bypassed timer and plugged in the bed and there was quite a show of arcing in the ballast tray on one of the relays. I am talking 4th of July! Very scary! After numerous hrs of troubleshooting to include calling Brian, an employee mentioned that she noticed a "humming" when she closed the canopy all the way. Hmmmm? PROBLEM: New T-timer installed approx 2 months ago. In pic, right where the flashlight glow is you can see the spring coil for the canopy (or a bump stop?) and see the green wire in forefront squeezed out to bare wire... anyway it seems the green wire seated itself in a metal coil crease when timer was installed. Then after numerous death squeezes from the coil opening and closing it worn down to a bare hot wire. Professional installation by the way. Tan America bed.
