I won't be home wasting a good mind on biased one sided reporters that are backed by money to brainwash empty minds that don't know better. I'll be at a dinner/dance fundraiser that evening to support CHIMES homes for Autistic children and adults.

I believe that there is supposed to be a ITA representative on the program for rebuttal, and to add a postive spin on the topic. But knowing 20/20, it will still be biased.

The scary thihng is Vampires are hot with the youth of America right now. Which means more people tuning in. Hopefully this weeks program doesn't include a Vampire story.

I am with you Eileen! I will be out on a cruise ship soaking in rays.

I refuse to get down or spun up about the bad media I cannot control and I will focus on what I can control.

It is business as usual for me and I will continue to do my part to educate my side of the story.

On a good note business has picked up on my side.

I think it’s worth watching! You are definitely going to have a someone that will walk in saying they saw that piece and will begin to talk negative about tanning. It’s best to be inform and now what they talked about on there, even if it’s crap.

We all know and understand that its obviously going to be a negative piece, so do you part, get informed and educate your customers. This will also show what irresponsible salon owners are doing out there that’s giving our industry a bad name. If anything comes out of this it will be a training tool for you/your employees for what to do & not to say.

These came out this week, they have stepped up their attacks. As far as the ITA participating on an on air interview, not likely. From what I was told they sent in a statement, which in my opinion is disappointing! If they were concerned that 20/20 would only take parts of the interview and twist them around, why not record the interview from their end. We could have then have used it and turn that into evidence to show how the media manipulates content to their advantage.
