Clubs we give them the 3% every month the customer stays with us, that keeps the employee around. Are avg. employee hangs around 3-5 years all are students. The few emp. we have that have stayed with us the last eight years are at around 15-20 per hour. |

Commission is scaled based on per hour average, once the minimum pha is met 10% and scales up from there. It seems to work for us - most employees increase their income by $2-3 dollars for hour. You need to prep and teach employees to sell. Commission is then a motivation and they can do it. We have a current employee whose pha this year is $43 - I wish I could sell that well. |
