Mystic Tanning booth issue
 

I have a 3 year old Mystic Booth that has worked perfectly fine up until today. All of a sudden one of the two sprayers stopped spraying anything out of it. It still moves up and down with the other one, but only one of them is spraying. any idea what could be causing this? thanks

The meter needs to be rebuilt.

Thank you for the reply. Tonight I pulled all of the check valves off and washed them out/cleaned them. In the instruction manual it said to blow through the valves to see if you could feel any air flow, but whenever I blew through them no air came through at all. I ran the mystic 3 different times and each time had different results. First time only the right side nozzle would spray, second time the right and the left nozzles sprayed, and the third time only the middle nozzle barely sprayed. I noticed that with the two meters, the one that is hooked to my water and bronzer went up just fine to 150ish, but the meter hooked to my 3 sprayers didn't budge an inch. any other advice? thanks again for the reply.

I was going to call the 800 number, but honestly you guys on here have been more helpful lol

If the meter is not moving up and down its bad shane on here can rebuild or buy a new one for double. But one of nozzles not spraying does not make sense on bad meter doublr check to see if both meters run up and down if it sprays at all you have two meters right? You could also have a bad check valve i would replace them all also since your working on he booth before season.

Well like I said I got different results each time I used it. It was odd because sometimes two of the nozzles would spray fine, then the next time only one of the nozzles worked, etc.... we watched both of the meters and the one that is for my 3 nozzles didn't move at all. the other meter that is for my bronzer/water moved up to 150ish.

I was going to replace all of the check valves regardless. do you know how much they charge for the check valves AND how much it would cost to have the meter rebuilt or a brand new?

Check equipment section you can get check valves direct from manf there is a post about it. I dont recall pricing from the top of my head.

UPDATE:

I changed out all of the check valves with new ones and had Shane rebuild my meter... still no luck. We checked all of the lines and they are fine as well (no holes). I have no idea what the issue could be now. After Shane rebuilt my meter, the Mystic will spray fine out of two of the nozzles, but will not spray out of one. Thinking that their may be a problem with one of the nozzles, we swapped the lines around and the problem moved over to another nozzle. .... so the check valves are fine, the meter is fine, the lines are fine, and the nozzles are fine. what in the **** could be causing it not to spray?
