Mystic Tan MyMyst Booth Issues (any help?)

Looking for other Mystic Tan MyMyst Booth owners that might have a solution for me.

1st) I get a bit of grinding/virbrating noise when the spray head is going in the down direction only... doesn't happen while going up.

Note: I constantly clean the rail... sometimes it helps, most often not.

2nd) It's taking 2+ purge cycles to empty the reservoir... It should be less than one.

Note: I constantly run hot water through the lines... the pressure is good, and I have the new filter installed... plus I also do a reverse purge (covering the nozzle), but all my efforts still lead to 2+ purges to empty it.

I've been working with Mystic... but I wanted to know if there were any other MyMyst owners that are experiencing the same issues?

Thanks in advance

Check the little filter in the line under the spray head. It is a sintered bronze filter. Boil it and replace. It may be partially clogged.

As for the grinding noise, check the belt tension. The belt is a cog belt and it could either be stretched or the spring is too tight causing the belt to jump over the grooves in the pully.
