......I guess everyone is panicking trying to get their Helios running.

After all, there was plenty of warning that this was going to happen and procrastination sets in as usual and the phones are flooded.

Well this should make Helios think about doing something like this in the future. They must be working overtime now.

I heard that the software that was sold to hair salons with tanning beds didn't have the time bomb and only tanning salons did.

It is a shame that people have to go through this with something that they paid good money for and also for those that pay for support I bet you that the support is real poor right about now.

WTF...been with them for years....they get paid.... talk to them all the time....and they are freaking emailing to some unknown address? I am feeling the love.

I was not happy when the crash happened and the attitude was.."we emailed you for three months straight and you ignored it...(power trippers).

WRONG..they messed up and I took the hit. Got to go old school today with the TMAX though. Great customer service from my friends at HELIO's as usual.
