Rep Power: 16 | How do you respond? A competitor calls (Caller ID) but acts like a customer inquiring about prices. Do you say: Hello competitior salon name, thanks for calling my salon name. How can I help you? I don't usually go over pricing in depth over the phone with any clients. However, I will give them our price ranges of singles/pkges/mbrshps. I just acted like I did not know who it was- but they were clearly being snoopy. I just gave them as little as needed and did not initiate additional info or conversation.

Rep Power: 16 | Re: How do you respond? I think they are calling blocked. The phone call before they called was private- did not answer was spraying someone. Then they called. I've had 3 more private- I did not answer. If they call me back unblocked- I'm just going to ask them what they need. Mega- It's just awkward when you know it's them- I'm never afraid or intimidated. This particular comp has 5 locations (1 local-4 surrounding). Alphamale- try 1-900-***-**** I hear the ladies are HOT!

Confident with our offering, our pricing and our service - The consumer is savvy - and gaining new clients daily tells me we are offering the right product, price and service. |
