Sun Angel

Can anyone who has this unit tell me how it's doing- customer feed back, how well it tans, single session price, customer market it appeals to, etc. If you would include the size salon you have and a brief overview of equipment that would be great.
Ive tanned in the Sun Angel, like the looks and results. My salon is 19 units and 1 MyMyst UV free . We are a higher end salon in my area and have primarily Ergoline beds. Our highest level now is the Classic 650 at $22 single- definately my most used bed. Previously been thinking about adding an Opensun 1050, but have heard from my clients that the 650 out tans it. So Im lookin for a new WOW factor and the Sun Angel seems like it would fit. Also if anyone has the new smaller version or knows anything about it info would be great!

Re: Sun Angel

Sounds like a good idea. The smaller one might be the way to go.

Re: Sun Angel

I know that many you have bought 1 have bought another for other locations.
I would go with the big one or not at all.

Re: Sun Angel

^^^^LMAO!

Back on topic, anyone on here actually have a Sun Angel that can give me some feed back? Do you advertise this bed as the "NO Burn" bed? Any additional info as to how its performing in your market would be great!

Re: Sun Angel

Call Ergoline and ask to be connected with Joe Schuster. Joe is the Sun Angel know-it-all. He can give you salons to call so you can discuss with actual owners.

Re: Sun Angel

we have a couple salons and the sunangel does GREAT! There is no bed like it and customers get so 'wow'ed by it they automatically upgrade! We don't say "no burn" bed bc the distributors won't let us.. but we say "virtually eliminating overexposure" We also say on our tours that it'll give you the maximum UVA and UVB you can receive in one session, thus getting your the darkest you can in one visit. it works great for people who have an event coming up or want a quick tan before vaca. We also have the open sun 1050 we advertise that in a different way.. it obviously doesn't have as many features as the sunangel so they really can't be compared. but it's all bronzing and high pressured and people love that too.

Re: Sun Angel

So you put them in a bed for twice the cost and then inform them of the benefits of why they are only going to get a light tan but you can't explain to them why this is what they want.

I'll take 6.

Re: Sun Angel

We are close to getting the Sun Angel along with the 1050.
Research shows lots of success.

Re: Sun Angel

Sun Angel is a longer session time for people so not as many turns per hour as the 1050 but if you have alot of people who dont want to burn at all or a lot of vacation type tanners the angel is a great bed.
