YEARLY PPA's I did this and was amazed! It has truly helped me in my packages and what I want out of a customer. I know alot of programs are different - but I run Suntouch. There is a report that I did - I took my total sales from one report and then did another report to see how many people had tanned atleast once at my store- divide that into sales.
I wont discuss my numbers - but I hear the average salon is 75 - 80. If that's your number or less - u need to make it a goal to do 100-125/person. Come up with a package MORE than your yearly PPA and PUSH IT! Tell them EVERYBODY is buying this bc its such a good deal. Maybe try putting up - FIRST 100 customers. That seems to make them think they need to hurry up and purchase! |
