New Question for Sunless and Lotions/Sunless - tanTALK

I told a client I would ask around about this. She has a $1500 leather pocketbook she bought at Nordstroms.
Her spray tan rubs off on the strap. She asked if there is anything that could clean this without her sending it back to Nordstroms to have to professionally cleaned. I've never seen this come up before but this could happen with tanning lotions as well that have bronzers and self tanner in them.

I think I will add this tidbit to our client release forms as well. We have a clause in there about clothing but maybe we should include handbags as well.

Might have to be re-dyed, don't think any household item can remove from the leather as it's absorbed.

I'll ask the father in law as he has a drycleaners and also is a distributor of drycleaners supplies. See what he says.

Eileen...not sure if you know this but Nordstroms will let customers return anything at anytime no questions asked. That is probably her best option. BTW..a $1500.00 dollar handbag..Wow!

2.) Nordstrom's Return Policy. There is none. There is no time limit or reason for return needed to return an item. You can take a beaten up, dog-eaten pair of 10 year old jeans purchased from them and get a refund or exchange. Seriously.

same thing with Costco....up until last year, when they changed their policy.

But if they can do it at Nordstroms still.....(if they have the receipt still) then that's even better!

I'd be exchanging every year just to keep things new. Even my underwear.
