Rep Power: 0 | who does that? We have a sundazzler standup and it gets used pretty frequently. I went in to clean it yesterday after a new client used it and I smelled pee. It looked like she tried to clean up her mess but it splattered up the acrylic and under the floor. It was disgusting. I mean, come on. Who can't hold it for 9 minutes? Anyway I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned but it still smells. Does anyone know how to get rid of the smell? And if this client comes in again, do I let her tan? I don't think she''ll be back after that incident. But she walked out without saying a word! she watched me put her in the computer. does she think I won't know she did it? |

Re: who does that? Here it comes again. Just seems to be an ongoing problem that will never go away. Since it will continue how can we all arrive at a solution ? Porta potties provided upon request sign in all the rooms/booths? Just don't know anymore but this crops up every few months and we all seem to get hit sooner or later. One thing is for sure it damages equipment and is rude. I personally would have immediately phoned to tell her you want a check right now for the cost of cleaning and repair. Perhaps she did truly do it by accident and tried to fix it and was embarrassed and ran. But the bothersome issue is you are faced with needing to perhaps do more in-depth cleaning AND someone exposed you to body fluids without the integrity to let you know. That is the part that bothers me because I can work someone who had an accident. | |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: who does that? Well I'm certainly glad that we are not the only ones who have the privilage of this happening. Really I agree with the question of who does that? We had an issue last year of somebody going in the trash cans of one of the rooms.....REALLY????? Come on what kind of disgusting person does that? Fortunately for us it happened a few times and we had it narrowed down to a few people and eventually singled out the trashy person that was doing it. She would come in do a mystic and then go tan. We have only owned this salon for a little over a year and this client has been coming here for probably 15 years. The last time it happened we knew exactly it was her, so the next time she came in I had her update all of her address and phone info on client card and when she went back to mystic she saw the nice sign posted for anybody who vandalized this salon in any manner would have the police called on them immediately and charges would be filed by us. She barely comes back in here and when she does, it hasn't happened since. |
