Question Help Wanted from other Mystic MyMyst Owners

So we are really excited about the installtion of our new MyMyst booth... should be complete on Thursday (That's another story for another thread).

We are excited with the MyMyst Booth and its features, and are getting our customers excited about the booth's potential..., but now I am looking to fellow owners to ask about the success of all the extras.

Do people use the spa packages? We were thinking of offering a double session (Revitalization Myst and Replenishing Myst).

Do they use the "pre-tan day" RefiningMyst? Or, do most people just opt to exfoliate at home?

Do your UV tanners every use the Replenishing Myst (After Tanning)? As they are the target audience for that bottle.

We are trying to keep our initial Mystic products order reasonanble as I don't want the "MagnaTan" technology to mean the unsed bottles will be attracted to dust... via the "MagnaDust Technology"

We use the spa/exfoliating and refining myst very infrequently. Usually as an incentive in a package we put together. I'd focus on the clear reg. and prem. The bronze formulas are just not that popular and confuses customers, they have a hard time figuring out that an immediate bronze is in combination with the longerlasting effect.

We love our MyMyst machine.
I carry all 4 of the solutions and sell them all equally.
Prem Bronz is by far our most requested - we go through over a case a week.
Then Prem Clear.
Orig Bronz and Orig Clear have their own following. Some customers believe they get better color at that level. Always good to have options.

Our Spa line is not doing so hot...We haven't really pushed it or marketed yet either.
Just received a few weeks ago.
My concern about the "double shot" with the Spa and Spray is having the customer insert the cartridge. It seems this is where we "USED" to have most of our breakage come from on the machine. Since our employees only insert and remove the cartridges now and have for the last 1 1/2 years...No repairs or issues. Saved me $1,000.00's last year alone.

The aromatherapy drops are an easy addition to every Mystic. We sell ours for $2 a shot and the Bronz Boost is doing amazingly well at $5 a vial.

MT... Thanks for that feedback.

We are planning on installing the first cartridge... and in the event of a double shot, we will properly educate the client and make them aware not to jam it in.

Can I email you a PDF of our courter pricing chart... I think you might like it in terms of how I layed it out. My wife thinks i'm giving it away.

We are trying to blowaway the old BIG BLUE box down the street. They charge $26 a session.

When you install the first cartridge..., does the constant prompting move them along, or anoy the customers?

Premium Bronze is by far our best seller as well. You can sell it for more money and the customer will get a couple more days of color than with the original formulas. Also, we have had good success with selling the Bronze Booster as an add-on. As far as the spa line goes, we sell very, very few of any of them. Since you have to order by the case, I would suggest that you concentrate on the solutions and stay away from the spa line.
