HELP...Tantrack to Helios Conversion - tanTALK

I am desparately in need of some help.
I have been trying to convert tantrack to helios for the last few days! A tech at Helios has tried to help but said there is some kind of passcode I need from Tantrack and ofcorse no one has called me back fron Tantrack yet!
When I tried the first time to convert, the only thing that did not convert was my packages and visits. I called to see why and even helios could not explain it,
Anyone encountered this??? Or know who I can try to talk too??
This is cazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I could do it myself, but I can not figure out why packs are not converting!!!

I have never heard of anyone converting TO Helios. May not get much help. TanTrack is not going to help, Helios SHOULD help.

I am converting FROM Helios soon - cant wait! :)

Your tantrack files are locked files...good luck finding someone that can unlock them. Call Tantracks again and ask for a service tech to call back and don't say why! They may charge you, but you might get your answer!! Why are you going from Tantracks to helios???

Unfortunately I am so fed up with tantrack. I have had nothing but problems with the program from day one!!
The program is sooooo slow to and takes up lots of time when switching from one screen to the next. I have backed up files and have a brans new hard drive, there are no excuses! Updates you might say???? yea right, never have I been updated, they always say "not available yet"
I am just tired and I did have helios before and LOVED the program.
I honestly could keep complaining!!!!!
I have contacted Tantrack, they were pretty rude and I have about 3 people at Helios trying to fix things for me because of the copyrights!

I am going to switch to SunLync from Helios. But SunLync has yet to get back to me on certain questions.

I have had my problems with tantracks...when I asked to speak with the owner I was told "he doesn't deal with customers directly!" Sorry Tangal, he must still be hiding!!

Not sure about TanTrack but I just converted one of my salons over to Helios!!! Very bad mistake!! I used Sunease for 10 years and the Helios people said it would convert over with no problems!!
They were way off!! Many things did not convert over we had to go back through 2000 names to add the missing items! This took 4 weeks and everytime we called we got different techs some without any knowledge of anything!! For the monthly cost involved I feel ripped off!! Will not be converted my other salons!!
