You will have a large percentage of that database that you only see once in a great while or people that move gone for 2 years and return to the area. As your salon ages, it could easily have thousands of tanners who haven't returned in years.. |

When I first opened my goal was $500 a month, then 1k, then 2k, etc..but then slow season comes along and people start cancelling left and right...and EFT's become even harder to sell...so the goals never stop! I do contests for my employees that everyone can win for selling EFT's if they try...EFT's make my mornings better when they pop up and don't decline...:)

Rep Power: 16 | Re: What percentage of your customers on EFT? You could probably get a better number by taking your EFT vs. active clients. It would certainly have a wide variation and would need to be done against previous year same month comparison. Not sure. |
