VersaSpa problem...Great Customer Service
After 12 months of use, I finally had a problem with my Versa - the retracting cable that keeps the blower and solution tubes straight and out of the way broke.
I reached Magic Tan about 5pm their time on Friday and left a message. Mike called back in about twenty minutes, helped me diagnose the problem, and amazingly, I had the new retractor and cable on Saturday. Took about five minutes to install it and get the unit back in business.
Got to give credit where credit is due. Thanks for the quick response Magic Tan. The VersaSpa is a great unit and I appreciate the professional response.
