Rep Power: 35 | Negative Press How about a new forum for dealing with negative press. I sent a letter to an editor this morning to http://www.bemidjipioneer.com on a story they wrote where a derm states that "a tanning bed DOES cause cancer". Obviously we would all like to know where this derm got her facts or shall I say in this case lies. I believe the word she missed here is " may". Eating peanuts "DOES" choke you to death. Eating peanuts "MAY" choke you to death.

Take for example : They just did a segment on 20/20 that the facts on the back of food products (such as how much carbs and such) you probably want to add 10-15% more on that, cause the FDA allows them to add that much without stating it.

Rep Power: 29 | Re: Negative Press The next plan of attack for the tanning industry has to be other than sun related. As in, they need to fight the way they are telling people NOT TO VISIT TANNING SALONS and how it's taking away our money when the products they sell cause as much OR MORE cases of melanoma (SPF CREMES) as tanning beds do. Cease and desist. |
