problem with my heartland timer
 

I'm new to this, so patience is appreciated. I bought a used ovation bed (one year old) with a heartland timer. It is all wired and hooked up, looks great, but the timer displays 5. and won't budge. It doesn't beep when you hit any of the buttons. What is going on? I'd really like to turn this bed on. I appreciate any ideas you may have. Thanks!
