Repair of Platinum Sunsport

Purchased this bed in 2006 - the bed has just stopped working. The electrician cannot figure out why there is no power getting to the bed. We ordered new control panel, electrician was on another job today and tried to tell us over the phone how to install the control panel. No luck.

We have many unhappy customers. Anyone out there have any ideas.

Thanks So Much

Dave

Did the electrician Ohm out the wires from the panel to the bed? Could just be a bad breaker on the electrical panel. You ordered a new control panel for the bed? Need more info to help with this.
