Rep Power: 25 | Re: Does the Cal Tan Spray Booth have a Tmax I sent him a PM and told him as much. Which part of that was confusing? I find sometimes people don't know about the PM's here, or where to look for a notification. Especially if they don't have them all cleared out, may not notice if a new one comes in. |

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Does the Cal Tan Spray Booth have a Tmax I understand that. I was just wondering why a PM was needed to answer the question, thats all. As you can see this thread will help no one who comes across it. Fun.

Rep Power: 25 | Re: Does the Cal Tan Spray Booth have a Tmax OK - for all the MANY that are going to come across this thread now or in the future and are curious.......... I don't PERSONALLY know where the tmax connection is on that unit. However, I happened to realize that the "alias" used here by the thread starter is in fact the very person that BOUGHT this booth THROUGH Highline. As such, although he didn't ask me too, I wanted to go the "extra mile" and make sure he had what he needed to get it hooked up properly. I don't 'have' to do that - it is a repo bed that he got at a GREAT price and he didn't ask for installation or anything else. But that is part of the "customer service" I try to provide - even when it has nothing to do with leasing. So -- I made some calls. Came up with a number for a tech that should be able to give him the answer and step him through it. Now - he is doing it as a favor to me, and so I really didn't want to post his number here for any and all to pepper him with calls. He isn't a Cal Tan installer, he doesn't work for Highline -- he is just a smart tech who, like me, is willing to spend some of his OWN time helping others. In addition - I suggested he might want to call ETS. ETS now distributes the Cal Tan booth (acquired when they bought the Cal Tan company) and so I thought it was POSSIBLE that THEY might have a tech (or the owner's manual) that could step this poster through this. Is that enough information to make sure this thread is useful to any and all that find it in the archives and are completely stymied by my response so much so that they don't even feel confident enough to start their own thread if they have the same question OR PM me themselves to ask if I can help them as well?? Assuming anyone actually SEARCHED and LOOKED for a thread like this down the road, rather than just posting their own thread like most do. Hope so. Sorry I didn't take the time to detail all of that to your satisfaction earlier. I was just trying to get him a quick answer in the middle of MY day - and his - so he could move along and so could I. Thanks for your help on this thread - I think it is MUCH more valuable to all now.:) Last edited by unity; 03-13-2008 at 10:36 AM. |
